RAM Tab-Tite Large Tablet Mount with Medium RAM Tough-Claw (RAP-404-TAB17U)
The RAM Tough-Claw is the perfect mounting base for toolless installation and removal on round, square, and odd-shaped rails and bars. The medium version of the RAM Tough-Claw can quickly be clamped on rails ranging from 1" to 1.875" in outer diameter and is ideal for mounting phones, tablets, action cameras, rod holders, and much more in a wide variety of applications. Perfectly suited for mounting on the yoke of an aircraft, handlebars of bicycles and motorcycles, or even on kayak rails and roll bars, the RAM Tough-Claw will soon become another essential RAM component in your collection.
The RAM-201U consists of a medium length double socket arm that accommodates 1.5" C size ball bases, device holders, and adapters. A single spring inside the arm keeps the socket open, and allows you to insert the ball into the socket connection. This arm has an overall length of 5.69". The easy to adjust knob allows for near-infinite adjustability.
The RAM-202U consists of a 1.5" C size rubber ball connected to a 2.5" diameter round plate. This mounting component includes pre-drilled holes using the universal AMPS hole pattern.
