Three gorgeous and big rings, ready to rock & roll! All 3 of these Persian turquoise cabochons are oval in shape, but their settings vary. They're also very tribal and rustic in appearance. All have embossed adjustable bands that range from size 6-7.5. The filigree shapes make swirls around the stones and also appear on the wide bands. Both larger rings have 4 smaller stones set around the main focal gem.

Turquoise has a long history of popularity in the Middle East and American Southwest. It was believed to be a direct connection to the heavens because of that robin's egg blue color. The matrix or veins come from the host rock where the turquoise is formed: chalcedony, opal, brown limonite, black chert, or white kaolinite.
