This suit is designed for adults 170–180 cm tall with a stretchy fit. If you're taller or broader through the chest, size up for comfort — spandex will stretch but you don't want it cutting in.

Q2: Can I breathe and see through the hood?

Yes — the face panel is the same spandex as the body, slightly see-through so you can see out (vision is reduced but workable). You'll be breathing through the fabric, fine for short wear but not ideal for high-intensity cardio.

Q3: How do I wash this? Will the colour run?

Hand wash in cold water, hang to dry. Don't tumble-dry spandex — it kills the stretch. Colours are fade-resistant but wash separately the first time just in case.
