Utilizing a century-old technique and encompassing 15-22 intricate processes, it demanded the expertise of 25-40 artisans investing over 65 hours across 6 days in the sandy terrains of Chaubundi, Kaldera, Rajasthan, under Meeta's expert guidance. Prathaa's dedication to the Dabu form of hand block printing for their revered Bindi collection is commendable. This labor-intensive process, employing mud resist with woodblocks, starts with detailed block creation, followed by oil dipping for durability. From fabric soaking to final dyeing, each step ensures exceptional quality, resulting in a breathtaking fusion of tradition and artistry.
