Henstone Old Dog Corn Liqueur is a ‘bourbon’ equivalent – it is made using a combination of corn (68%), wheat (16%) & barley (16%) - after distillation the resulting spirit is then matured in new American oak casks for at least eight months. This is a light, easy drinking spirit with surprising complexity.

The name ‘Old Dog’ comes from a local coal mine shaft in the Morda valley. The ‘Corn Liquor’ part of the name describes the contents of the bottle! Limited availability.

Henstone Distillery is an English distillery that makes whisky, gin, vodka, apple brandy, and a corn liquor. It was established in Shropshire in 2017. The spirits are made in a 1,000 litre still named Hilda.
