BREIF DESCRIPTION:

4500-PU-UCT is 100% solid, two component polyurea protective coating. It is designed for applications such as lining truck bed surfaces, utility vehicles, industrial flooring, boat linings, walkways, waterproof decking, containment areas, and encapsulation of fiberglass bodies and polystyrene foams. The product may be applied to concrete and steel substrates. Product can be sprayed on horizontal and vertical surfaces alike.

Our protective coating comes standard in Black color We offer custom color upon request. Grey and sand color are also popular. for the event industry.

PACKEGING:

We sell in Large barrel only Part A and Part B together totalized a quantity of 106 gallon.

Recomanded coating thickeness is 80 mils to 120 mils and will cover approximately 20 square foot per gallon for about 2000 square foot per pair of barrel totalizing 106 gallon.

INSTALLATION

4500-PU-UCT may not be diluted under any circumstance. Both Part-A and Part-B material should
be preconditioned at 26 – 32 °C before application. Recommended surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the measured dew point. 4500-PU-UCT should be applied using a plural component, heated, high pressure 1:1 spray mixing equipment like Graco’s Reactor, Glass Craft or
other equivalent machine may be used. Both Part-A and Part-B materials should be sprayed at a minimum of 1600 psi and at temperatures above 65 °C. Adequate pressure and temperature should be maintained at all times. Use a Graco/Gusmer GX-7 400 spray gun.

HEALTH & SAFETY

In case of skin contact, wash with water and soap. In case of eye contact, immediately rinse with
water for at least 15 minutes. Consult with a doctor. For respiratory problems, transport victim to fresh air. Remove contaminated clothes and clean before reuse. For more information, consult the
material safety data sheet. This product contains Isocyanates and Curative material. Components A and B contain toxic ingredients. Prolonged contact of this product with the skin is susceptible to
provoke an irritation. Avoid eye contact. Contact with may cause serious burns. Avoid eye contact.
Avoid breathing vapors release from this product. This product is a strong sensitizer.

Wear safety glasses and chemical resistant gloves. A breathing apparatus filtering organic vapors approved by the NIOSH/MSHA is recommended. Predict suitable ventilation.
