Abingdon Distillery Cask Aged Gin pushes the boundaries of craft gin production & is something truly different... a Cask-Aged Gin. Their signature London Dry Gin is aged for 3 months in Octave casks (about 50L) from a Speyside distillery in Scotland. Originally an Oloroso sherry cask, they then matured a single malt whisky for over a decade, taking on rich new complex flavours. A double gold medal winner!

Nose: Lemon, candied stone fruits, subtle woody hint.
Palate: Caramel & marmalade notes at the front backed up by the juniper & sweet spice from our London Dry.
Finish: Light vanilla. Warming with mild tannin & a dry spice from the European oak.

Serve tall over ice with a premium ginger ale or use in a martini. This gin can also be enjoyed neat.
