Black silk boots, ca. 1855-1860. Culture: European. The sharp square toe area and the upper area are from black satin lace. Typical heels for boots from this period. Side lacing with original (or replaced) laces, hand embroidered eyelet holes, tongue of same silk, lined in white cotton, leather soles, left and right. Excellent condition. Some little wear to the soles. The decoration is not included. Very rare to find.
