Morocco is best known for its colourful cities but we found a certain joy in discovering heritage black and white photographs of the country. It instantly transported us to a time not so long ago and we wanted to capture that spirit in this series.

Layla ( the Arabic word for night ) conjures an image of an inky black sky filled with stars and memories of an era. Marrakech has long been a muse to photographers and the monochrome colour palette captures the soul of this spiritual city.

The coasters come in a set of 6 with a wooden holder to store and display the coasters.
