Made with opaque black poly chiffon and laced though pink ribbon that lays across the front of the skirt completed with bows center from and on each side of the skirt. Fabric is opaque when worn, very slightly sheer.

Fit notes: Fabric is soft flowy. Elastic waistband that stretches to a perfect fit.
