Designed by Emilio Pucci, this ruffled, bohemian blouse is crafted from semi-sheer, pure silk. Showcasing his famous flair for print design; graphic florals and vines in shades of blue are interwoven with Emilio's signature. Tailored to a peplum style with a nipped-in, elasticated waist, the front fastens with pretty fabric-covered buttons. It has a wide, frilled collar around the neckline and bell-sleeves with flared cuffs. The bodice is lined in navy silk whilst the sleeves are left semi-sheer. The quality of the work is breath taking on these earlier Pucci pieces and there is a great deal of hand finished work to the seams and the rolling of the silk on the edges of the ruffle neckline and cuffs.

The green lettering on the label indicates that this piece dates to the early 1970s and was made in Florence, Italy. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws of any note and remarkably fresh looking. Labelled a size 14, we estimate this a good fit for up to modern sizes UK 12 or US 8. Our model's sizes are: Bust: 31" (80cm), Waist: 25" (64cm), Hips: 34" (87cm) and Height: 5' 4" (164cm) and she's a size UK 6, US 2. This blouse looked great but had plenty of room to spare.
