Beautiful large blush pink feathers cover this amazing cape from below the shoulders to below the hem.  They are stitched on to a semi-sheer silk chiffon base leaving the shoulders sheer.  

Condition:  Very Good.  In the images you will see moisture/wear marks in the silk on one shoulder and upper back on one side which can be seen when worn and across the inside of the back which is not seen when on.  Viewable in the images, I have not attempted to clean. The shawl could be backed with a new piece of silk chiffon to hide the interior marks and also to add strength.  There are a few tiny pin holes on the front lapels perhaps stitch marks from a missing feather, microscopic, I detected them under close inspection.  One or two feather stems at the ends are bowed but does not detract from the look, and might not be a flaw but something to mention.  This beautiful cape came from a prominent CT home.  Price reflects the condition.

Fit:  This is actually more of a cape than a shrug as there are no sleeves, only interior straps to hold it on if you care to put your arms through.  The feathers are stitched onto the sheer silk chiffon base starting at about shoulder blade level (there is silk chiffon showing above the feathers).

Measurements are:
Length of silk chiffon base 13"
Length including feathers 22"  (the feathers hang below the level of the silk chiffon base.)
Shoulders approximately 19" (this is the distance between the two interior straps that your arms can go through)
