Our Pistachios are low salt and Ciitric Acid free. These pistachios redefine snacking by combining the natural nutty richness of pistachios with a light touch of salt. Unlike conventional methods, we avoid citric treatments to ensure the pistachios retain their authentic taste and nutritional value. Perfect for health-conscious consumers, our pistachios are a delightful treat that is as nutritious as it is flavorful.

Low Salted - Salt is added to Pistachios during roasting process to enhance flavour, improve preservation and reduce uneven roasting. Since salt is cheap, higher quantity of salt also reduces the cost of the end product. But it also increases the amount of sodium in the Pistachios. Zaycca's Pistachios have low amount of salt.

Citric Acid free - Citric Acid could be used for flavour enhancement, as a preservative and to aid better salt retention. Our pistachios are free of Citric Acid.
