Middle Gauge Stripe Knit&Sewn / Boat Neck Tee

フランス軍のボートネックカットソーをテーマに通年着用できる素材を目指して開発した新素材です。長く着てもらうことを前提に糸は番手と本数取りを研究。独特の肉厚さを再現するため、丸編みではなく「横編み」を採用しました。古い機械で編むため時間はかかってしまいますが、熟練の職人の手により丁寧に編まれた生地は、他に替えの利かないアイテムとなりました。

We developed new fabric inspired by the boatneck shirt for French Military, which is good for all year. In order to wear long last, we researched and developed yarn technique. And we want good thickness for this fabric so flat knitting machine is used. This machine is old one so it takes much time to knit but this texture knitted by craftsmen got unique character.
