Love heart dress by Dear My Love. 
Features a sailor collar with lace hearts on the chest and sleeves and a removable bow and belt.
Also features an elasticated waistband, two pockets at the hips and a lace trimmed underskirt which peaks out from underneath the skirt. 
Made of soft and slightly stretchy material with very soft and non-itchy lace.

Material: 95% polyester, 5% polyurethane. Lace: 100% polyester. Lining: 100% polyester.
