Bigshort is the 69 sub-line's treatment of a relaxed short: GOTS-certified organic cotton worked into Sellam's proprietary Micro Ondes dimensional finish, then cold-dyed after construction so the pigment settles with uneven density across the ripple topology. On silver, this produces a surface closer to brushed mineral than to metal - not shiny, not flat, but worked. The drop-crotch silhouette lets the cotton fall in architectural folds in front of the leg; the oversized proportions are intentional rather than a fit compromise. Leather trim punctuates the cotton at select points. The Steel Staple 69 gunmetal agrafe sits as the only workshop signature.
