Fabric is light weight & fully lined in white fabric, layered with white tulle & topped with black confetti print mesh. The ties are black & have the white pom pom detail on the trim. They can be tied on the shoulders or in the back.

Pair with our party hat & rhinestone stockings!

For wash care- wash on cold/delicate/ hang dry.
Do not use fabric softeners or bleach or strong detergents. Do not use heat.

A stretch test is performed before each garment is shipped out.
