An amazing Vivienne Westwood gold label dress from the late 1990s is still as relevant and sexy now as it was then. Made of a pinstriped grey fabric with a built in corset this shape and cut is classic Westwood. The top portion of the dress is almost sculptural but most of this is actually hidden under the sleek out layer of fabric. The wearer feels secure and bound within but comfortable at the same time. It is cut to emphasize the chest and then skim over the waist to hug the hips. The pinstriped add to the illusion of length. Wonderful and classic Westwood! It is just am amazing piece and in excellent condition

Unlined through the body, with a a built in corset in the top that is lightly boned and backed in a ribbed rayon. The corset closes with its own side zipper and the dress also has a side zipper to close. The body of the dress is a fabric that has some stretch so it forms to fit.
