Steel Helical Threads Prevent Wallowing

We’ve strengthened the mounting threads with steel helical inserts, making it virtually impossible for bolts to loosen or pull out over time.

Reinforced Mounting Points

Unlike the stock design, our differential features a solid mounting block instead of feet-like mounting locations. The additional material ensures the diff remains securely in place even under extreme conditions.

Thicker Pinion Gear Tube

We increased the pinion gear tube thickness to handle the high torque loads and impacts of aggressive off-road riding. Plus, we designed it with a bolt-on cap instead of a snap ring, making servicing easier and more reliable.

Hob-Cut Gears for Smooth & Quiet Operation

Our hardened hob-cut gears are precision-machined to ensure perfect meshing, reducing noise and vibration for a smoother ride. They also enhance the overall longevity and performance of your differential.
