Measurements - Band width - 20. 5", somewhat flexible in size since it sits on your head. It also has a chin string. The chin string looks long on the mannequin head because she is smaller than a human head.

Near MINT Condition - There is one small area that does not have beads (see the next to the last photograph). It is not obvious because it looks like that area is embroidered. It is located at the side back. Otherwise it is in Lovely Condition, especially for it's Age.
