Pasapalli cotton saree which is known popularly across the globe produced by the weavers of Bargarh, Odisha. Ikat technique of weaving used to represent the motifs on the saree. The speciality of this black and byzantine colour saree is its square ikat motifs on the body with rudraksha motifs on the border by dobby shedding device. Ikat flower motifs arranged horizontally with multiple stripes gives a different look to the pallu of the saree.
