Ties up at bust, with adjustable straps. Connected at the back to a shirred, elasticated skirt of the dress with a comfortable stretch that hugs the waist or hips (adjust the straps to determine where you'd like it to fit!) Asymmetrical shape with ruffle trim. Truly unique and one of a kind.
