Designer Velvet by Graham & Spencer has taken a classic tee shirt style and elevated it with feminine statement sleeves in the Simpson Cotton Slub Contrast Puff Sleeve Top.  The Simpson features a crewneck and a classic tee shirt length that hits at the hips on our models.
