Unusual late 1970s burgundy and white polka dot tiered dress by Norman Berg. It consists of an under skirt with a wide polka dot flounce making up the bottom or 4th tier. The second element is a shorter top dress which slips on over the head with the remaining three tiers. It has an elasticated ruffle hemmed neckline and fine spaghetti straps. Both the underskirt and top dress are lined in a silky-feel acetate and the waistbands on both pieces are elasticated for a comfortable fit.

This dress has such a contemporary feel and would work well for a special event or for more relaxed occasions as resort or cruise wear. The dress is pictured on our size UK 6-8 model wearing both elements but the top portion could be worn on it own as a knee length option. Measured flat, the dress will fit a range of sizes up to a UK 10 or US 6 comfortably.
