A stunning vintage 1920s deco dress. Black cotton or silk velvet and chiffon with crepe backing at skirt with chiffon flowing overlay.. Long sleeves and illusion sweetheart top with velvet cape back that wraps around the front. Repeating velvet waist panel. A velvet attached waist belt with cast silver tone and jewel buckle, waist is slightly dropped. Pull on overhead with just a few side snaps.

Condition: Very good antique condition. There are a few jewels missing in buckle. There is a small tear at either inside only side neck to shoulder area. There is a patch of small pin holes at hem area of skirt and sleeves. Scattered minor marks here and there. Structurally sound and wearable with care as this piece is about 100 years old.
