This handmade 1970s ensemble consists of a short-sleeve top and a mid-length skirt. Woven from rich burgundy crochet, the unlined, woven t-shirt has a see-through finish and it is detailed with pretty, twisted 3D flowers placed across the body. These floral forms are gathered at the rounded neckline and along the cuffs of the short sleeves too. The waist of the top can be cinched with a drawstring which is also finished at the end with one of these 3D flowers. The pull-on skirt is tailored to a simple A-line silhouette with a high, elasticated waistband. The skirt is textured with flowers. It comes with a separate tonal burgundy satin petticoat with elasticated waistband.

This ensemble is in excellent vintage condition with no issues and very fresh looking. It has no size or composition labels so please check our measurements below. The fabric has some stretch and will fit a good range of sizes up to a UK 12 or US 8.
