Love this beautiful printed silk blouse by Yves Saint Laurent. It is really quite fabulous and has an almost swashbuckling feel to it with its ruffled collar and loose and easy cut. The tie can be wrapped around the neck or waist  and is classic Yves. I love the tiny floral print worked into the silk itself and how each cuff buttons at the wrist so you get a bit of a pouf over the wrist. Made of a gorgeous, fine grade silk and the label is hand written - usually denoting an early or custom ordered piece. Excellent condition.

The top is unlined and closes with buttons at the neck. Each cuff buttons to close The tie is separate so can be styled numerous ways. Tagged a 44 but please check measurements
