The Neo-Tour is our hybrid skirt, featuring a 4mm abrasion-resistant Rotex reinforced neoprene deck and a 3ply waterproof breathable tunnel. It also features our double neoprene waist adjustment system. This skirt offers the best of both worlds. It features fixed webbing loops that give you the ability to bungee on a map. The double neoprene waist adjustment system allows for a comfortable one-size-fits-most tunnel without having it dig into your body when tightened.
