• Arnold Scassi launched  his boutique line in 1984 and it was high end ready-to-wear and very expensive.
  
• The dress has an inner Bergdorf Goodman tag that is dated to 1986.
• The dress is made out of a printed floral silk organza that has a secondary pattern woven through the silk. This gives it a very pretty effect when combined with the bright floral print.
• It is strapless and the silk has been gathered over to one side of the bodice to highlight your curves. The bodice extends past and below the hip.
• The skirt is very full so you get a pretty movement around you when you walk.
• Layers of green silk sit inside the skirt and both the exterior floral layer and the inner lining have stiffened bands built in around the hem to help hold the shape. Between those is a third layer whose bottom is finished with layers of tulle.
• Lightly boned through the bodice and closes with a hidden set side zipper. Hand finishes
