A combo of Rakhi and handmade card. Rakhi made of beads and Red yarns. Card made using Quilling- the craft of creating designs by rolling narrow strips of paper. Get its name from birds' feathers, or quills, that were used to coil the strips of paper around.

Priyanka Jha, our young designer from NIFT is naturally creative and enterprising. Her interest in crafts and design started during her childhood with her mother, who is an adept craftswoman herself. Priyanka learnt embroidery, crocheting, sewing & knitting in an environment which made her naturally frugal and focused on “sustainable”.
She carries on her mothers’ legacy of craftsmanship and brings to you handcrafted Rakhi’s made of mirrors, beads, wool, gold threads and buttons; some crocheted and others using embroidery.
These are sustainable Rakhi’s which you can continue to wear as accessories even after the festival is over.

Quilling by Dr. Archana Varma
Dr. Archana Varma, a busy doctor from Texas, has created these greeting cards in the memory of her talented mother Ms. Shashi Varma, from whom she inherited her love for craft.
Mrs. Varma was a creative, serene and graceful lady, who created craft pieces to perfection- be it embroidery, stitching, quilling, tattling, crocheting and many more.
Thus the delicate quilling done on each card is an ode to her skill; each piece crafted in memory of the tender love and affection that she bestowed upon her daughter. Her incredible creativity coming to life again through her daughter’s art.
