Unique 1990's Black and Red Chiffon Floral Salsa One Shoulder Dress. Stunning vintage black dress with red flowers and patches of cheetah print mixed in with the pattern. One long flowy winged sleeve. One off shoulder style. Can be worn as a top or dress depending on your height. Has side slits so needs shorts or tights under when wearing. Has been taken in on the side & shoulder, but seam can be taken out if you want to make the dress a little larger. A very rare & special piece. Purchased in the 1990's from a high end designer in South Beach, Florida.
