Kakkonto is a traditional Japanese herbal formula rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, documented in classic texts such as Shang Han Lun and Jin Gui Yao Lue. It is commonly used to help relieve early cold symptoms, shoulder stiffness, and mild aches. Kakkonto is particularly effective when you first feel the onset of a cold, experiencing chills, shivering, or persistent cold sensations.

Dosage: Take with water or warm water, three times daily before meals or between meals:

• Adults (15 years and older): 4 tablets per dose
• Children 7–14 years: 3 tablets per dose
• Children 5–6 years: 2 tablets per dose
• Children under 5: Do not use

Note: Children should only take this medicine under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.

Daily adult dose: 12 tablets (1 tablet = 400 mg) containing 2600 mg of Kakkonto extract
