Fabulous 1960s bespoke made dress and jacket ensemble by Maria Moutet. The lame is woven in a beautiful deep peachy-orange colour with metallic golden, beige, and black threads forming the striking paisley pattern, a symbolic design of the era. Along the collar of the dress and collar and hem of the suit, is a trim in brown and gold woven cord to finish to perfection this well made ensemble. The dress is cut in a tailored A-line shape, typical of the 1960s with princess seams and inverted yoke. The suit top is cropped in a flattering bolero style. Both pieces are lined in a darker beige satin finish polyester. This set will best fit up to a UK 10 or US 6. In really excellent vintage condition; no visible issues on the lame or lining of the set.
