What to Do If I Am Not Able to Connect to WiFi?
Troubleshooting:
1. Make sure that the WiFi password is correct.
2. Make sure that the router signal is stable (Place the baby monitor as close to the router as possible.)
3. The baby monitor only supports 2.4Ghz, not for 5Ghz, if you have a dual-band router, please segregate wireless channels and choose 2.4Ghz.
Reset:
If there's no "waiting for connection" message shown after plugging the baby monitor, you need to reset the baby monitor.
Step 1. Insert the needle into the reset hole at the bottom of the device. (The needle is included in the package.)
Step 2. Long press at least 3 seconds until you hear "di" sound.
Step 3. Once you hear the notification "Reset to default settings" sound, you've successfully reset the monitor.
