Plumes of black and white superheated water relentlessly pump into the depths along cracks in the ocean floor. They provide precious heat to the nearly icy abyssal waters of the deep, as well as an abundance of minerals. Microscopic Archaea and other extremophiles live off the heat and minerals to form the base of a unique food chain that is home to a variety of exotic deep-sea animals.

In Deep Vents, players each control their own hydrothermal ecosystem to which they add new life and geological features each turn, and compete for survival in the unforgiving depths by being efficient and hunting nearby systems with a host of strange and deadly predators. Combine tiles with special powers to create a unique ecosystem, with hundreds of possible combinations. Attack your opponents, defend your system or build an unstoppable growth machine!
