King Crimson 2003 Japan Tour SHM-CD Complete Complementary Series, Including 5 World Premiere CD Releases! The first volume is the world's first CD release of the Matsumoto Bunka Kaikan concert on April 12, 2003! This is the supplemental series of King Crimson's Japan tour that has been carried over from one label to another. The first volume of this series, which has changed from the conventional plastic case specification to a paper jacket and SHM-CD specification, includes the Shinjuku Kosei-Nenkin Kaikan concert on April 16 released as "EleKtriK: Live In Japan" (with a video DVD), the Hitomi Memorial Auditorium on April 13 released as a club CD, and the Aichi Kosei-Nenkin Kaikan concert on April 20, which was only released on CD. The 2003 Japan tour is now available in CD format. The SHM-CD format was adopted to take advantage of the potential of the high-quality mixes from the multi-track recording masters. At the time, this was called the Matsumoto warm-up gig, and the question "Why Matsumoto on the first day? The first day of the Japan tour was also the first day of the Matsumoto tour, but it was held the previous month.
