I believe meant to represent an upright cabinet type phonograph, though it does look rather like a refrigerator! All the little carved rounds near the top are meant to represent the speaker I believe, and with a wire crank on the side for winding up the phonograph. 3 1 2" t x 1 5 8" w (not including crank) x 1 3 4" d. Great condition, c. 1930s or do Id guess.
