Moscato d’Asti is truly the life of the party - young, fun, fruity and frisky - and at only 5% alcohol there no excuse not to crack a bottle open!

That’s not to say that top best examples like this one shouldn’t be taken seriously. This organic-certified expression comes from Strevi, the amphitheatre-like area that is considered home to some of the best Moscato vineyards.

The grapes are hand picked and fermented at low temperatures to retain the aromatics of crunchy grape and floral notes before being drawn down at 5% to retain the natural sweetness and then bottled under pressure to create a lovely gentle fizziness.
