One of our newest additions to the Leaves & Loaves jam set. We love bananas in many ways so we thought having a little fun with a jam would be appropriate. We take very ripe bananas and slowly cook them down with sugar, water, pectin, and a healthy pinch of citric acid to bring up the tart fresh flavor. This has quickly become one of our favorite jams especially when combined with a little chocolate or Nutella. This jam can be used in several ways from toast to pancakes or even on overnight oats just to name a few.
