Welcoming Sangiovese back in all her glory! Many of you have asked about the Sangiovese making a come back..it only took us a casual few years to deliver, but we've finally come up with the goods. Once made as a fresh nouveau in 2021, comes a little richer style in our 2024- it’s smooth & savoury, with dark cherries, plums, and a hint of fresh oak. Definitely one for the reds bucket list!

This Sangiovese will go well with Good Pairings Why It Works Tomato-based dishes (pasta, pizza with tomato sauce), Grilled or roasted poultry (chicken, duck), Pork, especially with herbs, Charcuterie & cured meats, Hard cheeses (Parmigiano, aged cheddar, Pecorino), Mushroom dishes, or earthy flavours (e.g., mushrooms, truffle, eggplant).
