This 500g bulk brick is ideal for commercial cideries. AC-4 is known for its high attenuation and excellent pressure tolerance, making it suitable for both flat and sparkling ciders. It works exceptionally well in nutrient-deficient apple musts, providing a clean fermentation even at lower temperatures.

Cider Maker's Tip: For the best results, rehydrate the yeast in 10x its weight of sterile water or apple juice at 85°F before pitching. AC-4 thrives at temperatures between 50°F and 86°F. For a "bone-dry" cider with intense apple aromatics, ferment at the lower end of the range (approx. 55-60°F).
