Such a pretty bowl! I think the shape is just perfect, and the green over creamy white glaze is just lovely, reminding me a bit of a Helen Frankenthaler painting. I might use this bowl as a small planter, but it would also be great for serving nuts, olives or crackers, or as your own special ice cream bowl! 

Approximately 5" in diameter x 2 3/4" tall, and signed on the bottom with what appears to be a stylized SL. I would guess this piece dates to the mid 20th century. It is in good vintage condition, with no chips or cracks; there are some dark marks visible on the white glaze, as documented, which I think give the piece a nice patina of age and use.
