Boswellia contains boswellic acids, which inhibit enzymes like 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) that produce inflammatory leukotrienes. These help to reduce joint pain and swelling, especially in conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

✔Boswellia can also support cartilage protection by reducing matrix-degrading enzymes.

✔Celery seeds contain compounds like phthalides and flavonoids, which act as antioxidants and reduce inflammation. It can help to promote healthy blood flow and reduces uric acid levels, making it beneficial for gout and arthritis. Celery seed is also known to act as a natural diuretic, which can reduce swelling linked to inflammation.
