Appearance: Deep crimson with garnet edges.

Aroma: Ripe plum, dark cherry, and mulberry lead the nose, supported by mocha, dried herbs (bay leaf, thyme), and a whisper of vanilla and cedar from oak aging.

Palate: Medium-bodied, smooth and supple. Shows juicy plum and black cherry flavours with a touch of spice, subtle oak integration, and fine, silky tannins. Elegant structure with a soft, rounded finish.

Finish: Smooth and lingering with gentle spice and fruit persistence.

For optimal enjoyment, serve Merlot slightly chilled, between 15-18°C, decanting for 30 minutes to allow it to open up. Merlot will pair well with soft cheeses, mushroom ritottos and red meats.
