Tasting Notes: This is the marriage of a churro and a chicharron. The spice and cinnamon are up front from the Amburana. But there’s a fatty note that rounds out the whole profile. After those notes there’s an apple pie sweetness that lingers. The finish is long as the dried fruit and spice notes bounce around.
