About the product: Rolling Fork’s Lost Cask Collection includes single cask offerings of rare and hard to find rums. This unique rum was distilled by the now-closed Ten Cane Distillery in Trinidad from cane juice ferment and aged in Cognac and wheated bourbon casks.

The Ten Cane Distillery permanently closed in 2015. This rum distilled in 2008 represents some of the finest rums produced by the distillery, with aging in cognac casks and wheated bourbon casks to layer excellent flavors throughout the palate.

Tasting Notes: The nose opens with fresh campfire, torched crème brûlée top, sorghum, and mature oak, alongside brighter notes of dehydrated pineapple, mango, and subtle florals before saturated sangria-like fruitiness takes over.
