Installation of the INO – BUTTON KIT is straightforward, thanks to the included pre-terminated terminal block cable. Available in two lengths—12 feet (4 meters) and 25 feet (8 meters)—it accommodates various table configurations and room sizes. Once installed, the button's LED ring provides clear visual feedback: illuminating when the laptop is selected as the host and dimming when control reverts to the room PC. This intuitive interface enhances user confidence during meetings, ensuring that all peripherals, including cameras, audio devices, and videobars, are correctly connected to the chosen host.

Functioning through a General-Purpose Interface (GPI), the INO – BUTTON KIT communicates directly with the TOGGLE ROOMS system. When a laptop is connected via USB-C or USB-B alongside HDMI cables, pressing the button activates BYOM mode, allowing the laptop to host the meeting. Pressing the button again deactivates BYOM mode, returning control to the room PC. This simple yet effective user control mechanism ensures that meeting hosts can switch between devices without technical interruptions, promoting a smooth and professional conferencing experience.

Activation Process:
- The laptop must be connected via USB-C or USB-B + HDMI cables.
- When the button is pressed, it illuminates, indicating peripherals (cameras, audio, or videobar) are connected to the laptop for a BYOM meeting.
- Pressing the button again disables BYOM mode, returning control to the room PC, as indicated by the lack of illumination.

User Controls:
- The button controls the device through the GPI interface.
- The device automatically detects new connections.
- A physical button on the unit itself is used for installation by a technician.
