The Electric Wire Embedder is a specialized tool used when installing 100% beeswax foundation into wooden frames. During frame assembly, beekeepers run metal crosswires across the frame to reinforce the foundation. This embedder applies a controlled electrical charge to the wire, warming it just enough to sink cleanly and evenly into the beeswax.

Operation is simple: once the embedder is plugged into a standard 120V outlet, the metal points are placed on opposite ends of the wire. As soon as both ends make contact, the wire heats up and embeds itself into the wax foundation—typically in just a few seconds.
