Story behind the product ~ The bronze bracelet is a form of currency found among the Bamoun people of Cameroon, West Africa. This heavy and hollow cast bracelet is an extraordinary example of skill of the Bamoun bronze master. Featuring a complex series of patterns, this hollow cast bracelet is decorated with concentric circles at both edges separated by a series of dots, lines, zigzag patterns and a centre section arranged as a complex interlace design. The Bamoun people mastered the craft of lost wax casting and wax models centuries ago.
