Palate: Exudes nobility and richness despite its energetic youthfulness. Rich in iodine and fleshy, with biting but not aggressive tannins. The underlying savouriness gives momentum to the fruity and balsamic notes.

Serving Temperature: 15-17ºC

Decanting: 30–45 minutes can help open up the wine's aromas and soften its tannins, enhancing the overall tasting experience.

This wine will pair well with mature cheeses, red meats, game meats, mushroom based dishes, rich tomato based pasta sauces and fatty fish like tuna.
